The Überschweren (Overheavy) are a subspecies of the Springer who have evolved to thrive in high-gravity environments. Their primary occupation is as mercenaries, offering their military services to various factions throughout the galaxy.

Physically imposing and highly skilled in combat, they are known for their love of danger and their competitive nature. Socially, they are organized into clans led by patriarchs and adhere to a strict code of conduct. Despite their warlike tendencies, they also engage in trade and have established planetary bases.

The Überschweren have inherited their cylindrical-shaped spacecraft from the Springer race. These vessels are known for their size and durability. In the year 2112, their battleships were already massive, reaching lengths of 600 meters with a diameter of 200 meters. Even larger models existed, measuring 800 meters by 270 meters.
