The MiG-23 was a Soviet-designed variable-geometry fighter jet (like the F-14 Tomcat). It was a powerful plane for its time, with advanced radar and missiles. Over 5,000 were built, making it the most ever of its kind. It was also the basis for the MiG-27, a ground-attack aircraft.
A Mig 23, 1/72 scale, a Hasegawa model. Which was quite good to build. I always liked this plane and wanted to try something different than the usual aluminum paint on Russian planes
