The Rebans are a peaceful people, military conflicts were unknown to them in their history so far.

Only a few days after the "discovery" by the Terranian explorer "EX-1" this changed, when another extra-Rebanian spaceship violently attacked the Rebans: Akonen.

Even though they were part of the united empire in 2126, some circles of the Akonen - especially the energy command - seemed to be only concerned about their own advantage.
And so it came to pass that the EX-1 had to fend off and ultimately destroy an Akonian light cruiser in order to save the Rebans.
