The Dornier Do 17 was a twin-engined light bomber used by the German Luftwaffe during World War II. It was known for its speed and maneuverability, which made it difficult for enemy fighters to intercept. The Do 17 saw action in various campaigns throughout the early war, but its effectiveness declined as the war progressed due to its limited bomb load and range. Production of the Do 17 ended in mid-1940, and it was replaced by the more powerful Junkers Ju 88. Some remaining Do 17s continued in service until the end of the war in various roles.
This Frog model in 1/72 scale was my re-entry in scale modeling after a break of almost 15 years.
