The USS Taussig (DD 746). This is a 1/700 scale Albatross kit, never saw this brand before. It was a quite easy to build one, but the Measure 32 camo scheme was a bit tricky to make.
Build OOB, with the usual PE additions, painted with Revell Aqua Color.
